A Culinary Tribute to Brillat-Savarin

The Silpat® Savarin Mold is a tribute to the world-renowned gastronome & author Brillat-Savarin, by the name of an iconic Parisian dessert created in 1845. It allows you to make delicious cakes with a garnish, filling, sweets for dessert, or savory original aperitifs. The savarin is a timeless pastry that allows for endless creativity & numerous seasonal customizations. The flexibility of the silicone makes demolding as easy and seamless as ever. Baking is done simply in a traditional oven, on the Silpat® baking and cooling tray. This mold cools very quickly and can also be used in the refrigerator and freezer.
