The Silpat® Savarin Mold is a tribute to the world-renowned gastronome & author Brillat-Savarin, by the name of an iconic parisian dessert created in 1845. It allows you to make delicious cakes with a garnish / a filling, sweets for dessert, or savory original aperitifs.  The savarin is a timeless pastry that allows for endless creativity & numerous seasonal customizations.
The flexibility of the silicone makes demolding as easy and seamless as ever. Baking is done simply in a traditional oven, on the Silpat® baking and cooling tray. This mold cools very quickly and can also be used in the refrigerator and freezer.
With professional quality Silpat® and its fibered food-grade silicone technology, this mold made in France allows you to achieve very even cooking and perfect unmolding without greasing. The icing on the cake: it is guaranteed for thousands of uses!

Silpat® molds can be used in any oven, refrigerator, and freezer: they can go directly from the freezer to the oven without the risk of damage. Before filling your mold for oven use, always place it on a baking tray.

Cleaning: it's possible to be cleaned in the dishwasher, but preferably with a sponge and soapy water to extend the life of your mat.

Storage: flat and preferably in its original case. Do not use sharp objects on the mat, and do not place it in direct contact with a heat source (flame, grill, barbecue...).
