Cheesy Baked Stuffed Mushrooms


Decadent gournay cheese in a mushroom cap roasted to perfection on you Silpat silicone baking mat. Perfect for hors d’œuvres or a midday filling snack!

  • Silpat Cook N Cool tray
 
Ingredients
  • 20 white whole mushrooms
  • 5.2 oz gournay cheese
  • chopped parsley 
 
PREPARATION:  
  • Preheat the oven at 350°F 
  • Prepare your Cook N Cool tray with you Silpat Macaron mat
  • Clean the mushrooms with water and dry
  • Remove the mushroom stems and compost or discard 
  • Fill the mushroom cavity with gournay cheese 
  • Set the mushrooms on the Silpat® mat 
  • Bake for 10 min at 350°F 
  • Top with parsley for garnish
