Ingredients
- 20 white whole mushrooms
- 5.2 oz gournay cheese
- chopped parsley
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven at 350°F
- Prepare your Cook N Cool tray with you Silpat Macaron mat
- Clean the mushrooms with water and dry

Remove the mushroom stems and compost or discard

Fill the mushroom cavity with gournay cheese

Set the mushrooms on the Silpat® mat

Bake for 10 min at 350°F
