Baked Mozzarella Sticks

 Who doesn’t love mozzarella sticks? This classic comfort snack checks all the boxes when you need something gooey, warm, crunchy, and quick! Your Silpat Baking Mat and Cook N Cool tray make this guilt-free without extra oils or sticky clean up. Guaranteed everyone will be reaching for these gooey mozzarella sticks as soon as they’re out of the oven!


REQUIRED TOOLS : Silpat Half Size Baking Mat, Cook N Cool tray



  • 12 mozzarella sticks 
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs 
  • 2 tbsp. of butter 
  • ½ tsp of salt 
  • 1 tbsp. of garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp. of oregano 
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper 
  • 1 cup of flour 
  • 2 eggs  
  • 2 tbsp. of water 



  1. Preheat oven to 415°F 
  2. Prepare your Silpat Baking Mat in your Cook N Cool tray
  3. In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, oregano and cayenne pepper together
  4. Add the melted butter, mix and set aside
  5. In a bowl, whisk the 3 eggs and add a splash of water
  6. Pour the flour in another bowl
  7. Dip each mozzarella sticks in the flour
  8. Then dip them in the egg wash
  9. Finally dip them in the bread crumb mixture
  10. Set the mozzarella sticks on the mat and bake for 15 min
  11. Eat warm
