Mother's Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must visit https://us.silpat.com/pages/silpat%C2%AE-mothers-day-gift-set-200-giveaway, follow the instructions provided, and complete the entry form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted during the entry period.
• Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all entries by that entrant.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
• The drawing will be conducted the same day as the entry period has ended.
• Winners will be notified via email within seven days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes:

• The prize for the giveaway is a $200 gift card to the SILPAT® USA online store.
• The total number of prizes awarded will be 1.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Publicity:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Silpat to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions:

• Silpat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Silpat’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
• Silpat reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Silpat and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this giveaway as well as any other claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the giveaway.

9. Disputes

• Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Princeton, New Jersey. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. Winner List:

• To request a copy of the winners' list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sasa Demarle Inc. 125, Village Boulevard, Suite 304 | Princeton, NJ 08540 - USA. Requests must be received within six (6) months of the end of the entry period.
