Ingredients:
- 2 3/4 cups cake flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ground coffee
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Preparation:

In a bowl, mix 2 3/4 cups of cake flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and set aside.

In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of ground coffee, and 5 tablespoons of water. Set aside.

In a third bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) of melted butter and 2 cups of sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, then add the eggs one at a time.

Add 1/3 of the flour mixture, then 1/2 cup of milk, another 1/3 of the flour mixture, the remaining milk, and finally the remaining flour mixture.

Take 1 cup of batter and mix it into the chocolate mixture to obtain two batters, one vanilla and one chocolate.

Build the marble cake by starting with 2 spoonfuls of vanilla batter on one side of the rose mold, then adding a spoonful of chocolate batter on top - repeating until the batter covers the entire mold.

Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes depending on your oven's power.
