Macaron Baking Mat

Each Silpat® baking mats is made in France and is made from sustainable materials. This allows it to be used over 2,000 times. The fiberglass gives it flexibility, it allows even cooking. No need to grease or flour your mat, place your preparation directly on the mat.

Use & Care

Baking temperatures may need to be adjusted according to your specific oven. - Silpat® is effective in temperatures from -40°F to 500°F (or -40°C to 260°C). Place the liner on a perforated tray or a grid before handling. Lay the product to be baked or frozen directly on Silpat®. Store flat or rolled in a cool, dry location.
