Pull Apart Dinner Bread with Sundried Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, and Olives

Ingredients

  • Organic flour 200g / 1 and ¼ Cups
  • Milk 100g / ½ Cup
  • Olive oil 60g / 4 and ½ TBSP
  • Fresh goat cheese 120g / 1 Cup
  • black olives 60g / ¼ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla extract 6g / 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Sundried tomatoes 60g / ¼ cup
  • Baking powder 12g / 2 and ½ teaspoons

Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / 356° F
    2. In a bowl, beat the eggs
    3. Add the flour in then the yeast
    4. Pour in the olive oil and milk, stir
    5. Cut the goat cheese into cubes, mince the olives and the sundried tomatoes, then mix

    7. Bake for 45 minutes
    8. Serve warm or cold
